August Favourites - 2017

Hi everyone,

This time last year, I posted a similar blog post to this, and I wanted to commemorate this - somehow - by  making another one of those.

This time, is more of a like technology-themed - kind of - post, so I'm sorry if you expected something else. 

So, without further ado, let's start the video - sorry for the small introduction. 

1. Sony DVD/Blu-Ray Player

I don't think I have mentioned, but I have used the DVD Player to play DVDs - sounds logic. Currently, I don't have any Blu-Ray DVDs, so, if you have any suggestions, leave it in the comments, below. 

I don't really know what to say about this product, as it's so good. 

2. Spider-Man trilogy 

Currently, I don't have the first Spider-Man movie, but I've got the 2nd and 3rd, and let me tell you how much I love this movie. 

I have seen all the movies, and didn't realize that I have seen them, until I have played them. My favourite one has to be Spider-Man 3, because - WARNING: SPOILER ALERT - Harry killed himself to save Peter's life, and that made me cry.

That is not the only reason that I like Spider-Man 3. I really have a bad memory, so I really don't remember what happened in the film - only bits and bobs. But, the weird thing is that I remember stuff from when I was like 4 or 5 years old. 

In the trilogy, Peter Parker/Spider-Man is played by Tobey Maguire, which I always admired for his acting. 

3. Boss Baby 

I think I saw this one at the end of July, or the start of this month. And, we were meant to see this when it first came out, but, unfortunately, we were kind of busy. 

My brother and I saw this when we got out new computer - which I'm gonna talk about later - and it was the first movie we saw on that. 

It was really funny, and very relatable. That's the only thing that I wanna say about this. Was I the only one that 

It was very amazing, and emotional. And, it really hit home, because me and my brother fight a lot, and have little bickers, and just stupid things that brothers do.

And, there's a sequal to the film - which I'm so excited about - but we have to wait 3 years and 1/2 from now :O. 

4. Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone 

I've read the book and also, I've seen the movie. I have this thing, where I read, and I imagine in my head, what would happen in real life or in a film, and sometimes, I get it right, but it not always works.

It has a great plot, and I really like the parts where Harry, Ron and Hermione were just searching for answers everywhere, and they were underestimated because they were the First Years. And no one believed in them, but I did. 

But, anyways. I finished the book - which was amazing - a few days before watching the film. Like I said, the film was interpreted like how I imagined, which was great. 

I said the same thing in both my Book Review and my last favourites post. I do recommend both the book and the film, if you're searching for something new. 

5. Windows 10 Pro 

This was a huge deal for me, because since I was little - like 6 or 7 years old - I've only been using Windows 7 on every computer/laptop I had. It might not seem like a big deal, for you, but it is for me. 

I don't really know what to say about this, because I've only had this for about 2 weeks, and most of the time, I'm on my phone. The only time I actually use it is for writing the blog and watching movies with my brother. 

But, yeah, it's a very good system to have, and you don't have to worry about making email addresses for this computer - well, you have to log in with one, I think. I logged in with my Outlook account, and it's just amazing.

6. Yesmovies.to

Before I had my DVD Player, I started watching films/series on this site. The first time I watched something on this site was when I watched 13 Reasons Why ​in April/May. 

Since then, I've been watching different film and series on this site, so, here's the link to the site 

7. Technika Tv 

Is it weird that I included my TV in my video? I don't think so. 

I don't even know how big it is - inch wise - but, tbh, it is pretty big. I got this TV when I got my new computer, and, sometimes - well, most of the time - is connected to the computer and the DVD Player. 

And, last, but not least...

8. Reggaeton Lento (Remix) by CNCO w/ Little Mix 

As I'm writing this, I'm actually listening to this. Let me tell you... THIS IS SUCH A BOP​. 

This came out at midnight today, and I think I've listened to it for about 20 times today - repeat after repeat. 

I don't even care that this came out today, at midnight, because I'll probably listen to it 24/7.

And, of course, this is gonna help them smash South America, in the future. 

The boyband CNCO are actually pretty big in South America. The video to the original version has over 1 billion views on YouTube.

I'm not saying that the boys are used for the girl's fame increase in South America. 

So, yeah, but versions are great tracks - summer bops - both are gonna have the greatest videos of all times, and they are gonna smash the iTunes and streams charts. 

And, to give you a taste of the tracks, I'm gonna put them both here - considering they are the same song, just in English :)
