The Most Anxious I've Ever Been in My Life

Yesterday was a tough day for me, as I was taking the Admission Test for the Grammar School. And Yesterday was the most anxious I’ve ever been in my life of 13 years of age.

Even though I’ve done it last year, I’ve actually been very nervous last year as well, but not like yesterday. I couldn't sleep the night before the test. My heart was in between two place : Wanting to take it , and not wanting to take it, because of these reasons :

• I kind of wanted and not wanted to take the test because I was afraid that dad might not talk to me anymore after I’ve failed - which I did - and I’m very scared. If he doesn't look very furious with me, that will be beyond me!

• I wanted to take the test because I wanted to prove to dad that I can be capable of what I'm actually doing and knowing what to do - but I’ve proven him right, which is a bit dissatisfied.

• I didn't want to to take it, because I was too scared because they ( the school ) are apparently very strict, and I don't like strict people - besides my parents

Unfortunately, I haven't passed the test! The scores were the following:

1. Verbal Reasoning : 90 points
2. Non-Verbal Reasoning : 95 points
3. Maths : 103 points

The total is 288 points, but it suppose to be 330 points or more altogether - or in percentage, 75% on each test.
Last year it was something like this year’s result.

Fortunately, I’m not going to be shouted at by strict teachers.
I’m still angry at myself that I haven't done my mission of passing it, and make my dad proud of me! 😫
