The Last Day of the Academic Year - How Hot Was It?!

Yesterday so excitable and very fun, as it was the last day of the Academic Year 2015/16. I can't believe how time has just gone by. I still remember the first day in Year 8. We were doing the activities. Is it going to be the same?

Yesterday was also the last day for some mates and teachers, but they are leaving for good. It was so emotional for all of us. And the other thing is that I was walking with the Year 7 hoodlum - Yes, the one I was talking about yesterday - and it was in the same spot that we talked about finishing Year 7. Next year means Year 9, which means more work - to be exact, GCSEs.

Tuesday night I couldn't sleep AT ALL, because of the heatwave that was that afternoon. In the night, it was something ridiculous like 20°C, which is pretty hot for a night - don't take it the dirty way. Do you know what I noticed? When there is too much cold, we complain. When there is too much heat, we also complain - but at least we get heat, but not like this. And that is why I had to wake up at 5:50am - which I don't do everytime there's a #Heatwave.

This is how hot was at 7:15am. Amazing!

The hottest day of all time in UK was on 10th August 2003, with 38.5°C (101.3°F) in Faversham, Kent. Before I read this, I thought that it was 2007, but it's actually 2003. Who knows? This record might be beaten one day, this year.
