Book Review #13 - Tom Gates: Yes! No (maybe...) by Liz Pichon

Hi everyone, 

Today, I thought I would review something else. This is my favourite series of kids books - because I'm a big kid now :) - and I actually enjoy reading them. 

I remember in Year 6 - it feels like forever ago - when I took Book 1 of this series out of the library, to read in class, and I actually loved it. 

As you can see - by the title of this post - I'm reviewing Book 8 of the Tom Gates series... Yes! No (maybe...)

This series follows a boy called Tom Gates. He's in Year 5, and he goes to Oakfield School. His secret 'weapon' - if you want to call it that - is doodling. He does it at school, at home. 

The Gates' Family have decided to do a clear-up in their house, and get rid of things. 

Before that happened, the school started planning an event for the pupils to host. I don't really remember what it was called - read it like 2 weeks ago - but it's like Business Enterprise, where they had ton create their own business. 

The day before the event, Tom had to go to the fair, to sell all his old things - which included his comics. 

I'm not very good at explaining things, but I really loved reading the series. This reminded me of when I was little, I used to be a mischievous kid  - I'm still one now :) - and I would just get into trouble, by accident. 

But, I hope you liked this. This is the last Book Review of the summer - which is sad :(.
